Custom / Made-to-Order Policy

What is made to order?

Made-to-order (custom) products are made specially for you — in your measurements, colour, size, or with your name or logo.

Measurements

Please measure carefully (a tailor's tape is best) and in the unit shown on the product page. We make the item exactly to the measurements you send. If something is unclear we will contact you before we start.

Time to make

Custom items are usually ready in 10–15 working days, plus delivery time. Bigger or bridal orders can take longer — we tell you the date when we confirm your order.

Payment

We may ask for an advance (usually 50%) before we start making a custom item. The rest is paid before dispatch or on delivery.

Changes & cancellation

You can change or cancel a custom order free of charge within 24 hours. After work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because custom items are made only for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not made as you ordered. If our mistake, we will fix or remake the item free of charge.
