Return & Refund Policy

7-day easy return

If you are not happy with a ready-stock product, you can ask for a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags.
• Please send us a photo or video of the item when you request a return.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear, cosmetics and adult (18+) products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery charges.

Refunds

After we receive and check the returned item, refunds are made within 5–7 working days to your bank account, wallet or the original payment method. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the mistake was ours.

Exchange

Need another size or colour? We are happy to exchange, subject to stock.
