Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rovanhide. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & prices

We try to show products, colours and prices correctly. Real colours can look slightly different on different screens. If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we call, message or email you. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was wrong, or the order looks suspicious — any payment made will be refunded in full.

Payment

You can pay by the methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only in our home country.

Currency

Prices in other currencies are approximate and for your convenience. The final amount is charged in our main currency, or as confirmed by us.

Adult products

Adult (18+) products are sold only to customers who are 18 years or older. By ordering them you confirm you are an adult and that these products are legal where you live.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product you bought.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
