Shipping Policy

Order processing

Ready-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order items are dispatched after they are made (usually 10–15 working days).

Delivery time

• Inside our home country: 2–5 working days.
• International: 7–15 working days, depending on the country and customs.

Shipping charges

Delivery is FREE to every country, unless a charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped we send you the tracking number by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Customs & duties

For international orders, any customs duty or import tax charged by your country is paid by the customer.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or because nobody received it, re-delivery charges may apply.
